me testing for 6th kyu in aikido back in December '08. unfortunately, I left USF and came back to West Palm Beach but it's cool cause now i'm training at PB Aikikai. Palm Beach Aikikai is with the United States Aikido Federation though so I can't wear my hakama when I train with them. oh well. for the record, I know my technique isn't the best in this video but I've improved greatly in the last couple months.

my instructors actually put more emphasis on proper form, and posture than speed for lower ranks. this is of course where testing is concerned. thank you for the compliment!
