No, I don't think that Zenyatta is better than Secretariat, by any means. But she is the best "deep closer", male or female, that I've ever seen. She cover's so much ground in such a short time with those giant strides. Unbelievable.

Did she really run this race in 1:46 and 4/5 while going what? 10 wide on the last turn? Oh my god cannot put into words how insane that is, she would've dominated the Breeders Cup CLASSIC that year if she was in it.

Every time I watch the replay of Zenyatta's performance in the Ladies Classic in 2008. I truly do believe that John Shirreffs could've brought her back out on the racetrack the very next day for the Breeders Cup Classic, and she wouldn't have taken a hard breath. No more than this Ladies Classic took out of her. Wouldn't that have mind fucked everyone to have seen her won the Ladies Classic on Friday, and come back out on Saturday and beaten Ravens Pass, Henrythenavigator, and Curlin!! LOL!!

@gomezisgod Seriously? You are commenting on something I posted 11 months ago? Obviously things have changed since Z did race the boys and did kick their butts. Did you ever think to ask if maybe my opinions had changed? RA is still a great racehorse, but Z is phenomenal! Be interesting to see how the rest of the season plays out for both girls. Great that they brought Z back for another season. And just so you know...I never rooted AGAINST her...only FOR her. EVER. I am thrilled with every win!

How does it feel that St Trinians can't barely mover her legs anymore after she ran into Zenyatta? How does it feel that you have rooted against Zenyatta 18 times, and were wrong 18 times? this was the first race i ever saw of zenyatta's and when it was over i knew she was going to be great. to come from dead last to the lead like she did that to me said that she was going to be a legend!

Great horse there's no doubt about that and would love to see her against Rachel but the statement that KOSTLY made about racehorse of the century. Lord give me peace. Has KOSTLY never heard of a certain SECRETERAIT?
