I'll remember the pass against Ohio State for as long as I live. I was 11 at the time, and Drew Brees was my hero. How fantastic that he was given Sports Illustrated's Sportsman of the Year award.

@1818skimo There's worse. My team, the Bears, picked David Terrell with the 4th overall pick in the draft, who became a huge bust. THEN, when Brees was leaving San Diego, the Bears could have gotten him again, but instead stuck with Rex Grossman. Epic fail.

I still remember the NFL draft that year and, my favorite team, the Dolphins passed on Brees late in the first round - when they clearly needed a Qb! I was so pissed off !!!! They instead drafted CB Jamal Fletcher....made me want to puke!
