This is great, thanks for sharing!
I do have a few questions though- I really need to work on strengthening my upper body and arms. Could you suggest what other videos I could use? Perhaps something good for an overall workout?

im enjoying theses videos as it uses equipment i have at home, but they are a little fast and i find it hard to keep up, trying to get in position and do the breathing in time
