How to jerk / reject tutorial

ok im gonna break this down the best that i can the reject is 2 steps ill break it down even more than that though... First half of step 1 is kicking your leg back like so...

Second half of step 1 is jumping your other foot forward like so...

Now when you put both parts of step 1 together it looks like this... practice this until you get a good feel for it

After you get step 1 down step 2 is pretty basic all you do is fall back onto the foot that you kicked back and your back in your starting position your feet are justs switched if your right foot was in the air to start now your left should be
