@SouthCoastJam Black Templars? as in War40K? If thats so its kinda scary as I've recently decided to start a BT army for WAR40K
-
@SouthCoastJam That is as good a reason as any other. For me, I'm a huge fan of the menoth warcaster sculpts. Also, my brain seems to get them a little easier than other factions because they have a similar play style to Black Templars (in the few games that I've played).
-
@doremicom I'm going with Protectorate Of Menoth.........mostly because it was the only unclaimed faction at my local gaming club.

@TheNitroBeast The name of the model will include the faction and the label "warcaster" if the model is a warcaster. Some individual model purchases fall under "solos" instead of "warcaster"
i can't find the points cost of a warcaster anywhere on the card, only warjack points. so how does that work?

@Ichigo9913 Your first warcaster is free.... if you play a large enough game that you'd want a second warcaster.... they're 50 points, regardless of which warcaster. Remember that you can't field 2 of the same warcaster, they are unique.

@doremicom and what about the warjack points on the caster's card, how do those work?
Ichigo9913 1 year ago
@Ichigo9913 These are points that you can subtract from your army list for warjacks that are in that warcaster's battlegroup. For example, if warcaster X has 6 warjack points, your first 6 points of warjacks in the warcaster's battle group are free. If X only has 5 points of warjacks in their battelgroup, you can't use that additional point somewhere else. Independant warjacks cannot be added to a battlegroup. Warjacks not assigned to the casters battle gorup cannot use those points either.
