Can't Film in Public, Homeland Security Issue NEWCASTLE, WY 9-4-11

On September 4th this year I was travelling from Newcastle, WY back on the way to California at the end of my cross country road trip.

Saw this steam or smoke coming from these stacks or pipes and wanted to get this good shot for future documentaries.

This man who apparently works for that factory or who owns it comes on a motorized cart and tells me I cannot film it and says it's a "Homeland Security" issue. This was my second encounter with Homeland Security during my 2011 Road Trip, the first being when I was interrogated by police after I was arrested when a South Rockwood Officer illegally searched my car and stole my firearm.
