@xenawarriorcat I tend to play with the temp too, also i let it settle for a minute to let the dregs settle to the bottom and don't pour off completely. Iv'e made some great coffee from this simple little pot. Thank you for the video!

@mlodybiker Any FRESHLY ROASTED coffee. Find a local roaster is my best advice.

@kurdupel11abc - Thank you, k'pel. The music was a pleasant accident. I was fooling around with a new phone-video recorder and the radio next to the stove popped out with "Have A Drink On Me" when I was recording. :-)
(I am also lucky about getting the front parking space. Go figure.)

At what temperature you had your stove? Great job!

@hel1nas: I start a mokapot on medium heat until I hear the sound of water rumbling, then lower the temp down to low. When brew begins expressing from the post (on a electric or gas stove) I may lift- or slide the pot away from the hottest part of the element (or flame) to keep the flow slow and steady. When the brew begins to go pale I remove the pot from the heat source to slow/stop the process. I get the best moka from a slow brewing process using the lowest heat level possible.
