This is the intro to the PC Engine version of Gradius 2. Great game. The intro text reads:
"This new legend is dedicated to all the brave men and women who fought in the First Gradius War."

This is a pretty slick intro, but somehow I like SNES's Gradius III intro better. A bit shorter, with more thematic music. Seeing the weapons specs is pretty awesome, though. 8D

@davehowellman I ripped an ISO off of my own Gradius V disc, it barely runs, to be honest. Laggy as all fuck.

does anyone know of a way to get gradius V for my pc other than having to use a ps2 emulator and a bunch of torrents? it'd be handy if I could just play a pc ver, but I can't find one.
