So deliciously awful that it deserves to be a classic.

Anybody got any idea where the word "mash-up" first got started? It's like people saying "sweet." Where did THAT come from. I love this combination of two songs. I just wondered when the inspiration his Copeland?

It is, I just read an article from Kembrew McLeod called "Confessions of an Intellectual (Property): Danger Mouse, Mickey Mouse, Sonny Bono, and My Long and Winding Path as a Copyright Activist-Academic1"
this was the first mashup to be found in pop-history!

And it won a Grammy, too. Kinda clever, kinda demented, it depends on which way the wind blows.

Wow, this gets old after the first 50 seconds. This was included on Golden Throats 4: Celebrities Butcher the Beatles, but I don't find it that bad if your relaxing on the couch...and high.

Wow! This could very well be the first ever mash-up?

Yes, thanks for posting this, great stuff Copeland had knack for arranging things like this. Now, if someone will be kind enough to post a copy of "Morgan Sebastian" by him and his singers .......
