Here I am again using my e-motion rollers. This time I have been using them for almost 2 months. It should be my 20th time using them. I usually go on for 30 minutes to 45 minutes which is equivalent to about 1 hour ridding outside. (Based on calories burned on my Polar) In this video you will see me get on with out a bench or hanging on to anything, I will stand up and cycle with no hands as well as coast, I will hit speeds of 70 kph (remember no wind resistance) and show you how I get off the bike. If you enjoyed or have questions please post comments! Please forward to all your cycling friends. Thanks and enjoy... (I do not work for Inside Ride nor do I get any remuneration from Inside Ride, I simply enjoy sharing my passion of cycling with everyone and sharing my experience of my rollers)

  • It's the whole experience. The fact that the rails move is what makes it so unique. It is also very well built. By far the best on the market! Very safe too...

  • @froochie123 yeah, but $500-$600 more special?!? after about 2 weeks of practice, you can learn how to sprint and stand on regular rollers. yes it's special, but it's a little much for 'floating rails.'

  • @tawilk pretty sure those floating rails with fore aft motion IS what makes it special.

  • I've had a set a couple of years now. Have the ones with the gold colored rails. Bought used on Ebay for $500 I think... I'd check there if anyone's interested. They pop up from time to time. Can't do the no handed thing yet though :-)

  • Ordered mine this evening. Hope they will help me get back into riding. I moved, because of work, to a location that does not have anywhere safe to ride. At least I can ride again, probably should have gotten them last year. Love to see made in the USA on them.

  • i would love one, still a little steep at $850 to ride inside a few months a year. besides the floating rails that move fore and aft, what else makes this design worth an extra $600?

  • contacted inside ride to find a dealer where I could try a set. to my amazement they were within pedaling distance of my house in North Plains Oregon. Went to try a set.

They are a small operation with very nice people who are passionate about cycling and engineering.

Let me tell you, these things are second to none in design/materials/manufacturing. Inside ride has taken roller training to a whole new level with this product. A bargain at $850.

  • Seriously I have been looking a lot and I can't find where they sell these things. Where can I buy one?

  • Thanks, great unbiased review. I am waiting for my emotion rollers to arrive.

  • Thanks for posting up a follow-up! Nice to see you can now hop on without anything to hold on to. You also look more steady. I'm guessing your balance has improved since riding the rollers? I am probably going to get this. Your videos have helped immensely, the best reviews of this roller system by far. Thank you!
