Robotic Cobra first signs of life

This is one of the first times that my animatronic cobra project has moved. It takes a wave file and converts it into a list of positions, for the servo, based on the most prominent frequency in each segment of the clip.

As you can see its head is not attached. I am waiting for a few more segments to come out of the 3-D printer.

The red LED that signals "ready" will be wired to two other LED's in the cobra's eyes. It also flashes at the beginning of each segment.

After I finish the assembly of the head and body I will mount the whole thing to a platform that raises up and down to make the cobra rise out of a wicker basket.
