FUN FACT: gerald, the owner of the decanter's (the restaurant and wine bar used in this chapter as well as several others) is sitting outside on the patio in this scene. he was a huge supporter of the daphna project. sadly, this restaurant is now called 'oui bistro' and serves faux french cuisine.

ADDITIONAL FUN FACT: winnipeg's chinatown, where this was shot in 2005, celebrated its centennial this past weekend (september 5, 2009).
