Mattie likes to shoot at things, doesn't he? OT but my wife tried to prevent the "influence" of guns when he was very young. Guess what? He'd cpnstruct pistols out of Lego or Lincoln Logs or just twigs that he'd find. Sorry Mom, boys just want to shoot at things. ;-)

Real barbecue. Ribs, brisket and/or pork butt dry rubbed, then smoked low and slow with sauce served on the side. And a side of bacon. ;-)
