I cant believe I filmed this twenty years ago! I came across this almost forgotten footage of the Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway, whilst copying my old 8mm Hi-8 tapes to digitial media. The state of the track is outrageous, exacerbated by my use of a zoom lens! Enjoy this vintage footage of a delightful railway, still going strong today, although I note that on more recent YT uploads, the trackwork has improved enormously!

  • The name 'Elf' always makes me smile when I see the loco wearing number 5 - 'Elf' of course is German for eleven, and my German guests thought it was very funny.
