Oh my gosh this is so hard!!! But I really want to be good! Your isolations are amazing, my shoulders move all over the place when I'm doing bottom-half belly dancing! Arrrgh. I will persist!! With your help :D

what you need to remember is that your supporting leg has a bent knee. Focus on that remaining still and moving your hip up and down.
