Children From Southern Israel Get a Break From The Trauma of conflict

It may look like a fun day out learning about science, but for these children attending an educational event in Rehovot,Israel, its also a vital break from the ongoing trauma of the recent conflict in the area.

Under intense daily rocket attack back home in Israels missile hit south, the children havent been to school since fighting with Gaza began, are often too terrified to leave their homes, and suffer various serious psychological and emotional problems, from bed wetting and nightmares, to insomnia, panic attacks, depression and anxiety.

At the Weizmann Institute of Science and the Davidson Institute of Science Education, hundreds of these troubled children from Israels frontline are getting their first opportunity in a long time to go outside and learn, knowing they are safe from harm.

The institutes are providing free daily educational activities for Israel 's southern residents, bringing them to campus for as long as the war continues. In addition, Science mobiles, filled with necessary equipment for all kinds of experiments will also make their way down south, visiting children in bomb shelters across the south.

so it's suppost to be free, but because the Hamas kept attack Israel, so Gaza is suffering

It is very sad that children live under the threat of rackets from Hamas that have killed 3 people. However just imagine the effects on palestinian innocent children! They have experieneced a killing zone where 900 people have been obliterated and 3500 people severly injured. We should stand up and offer our support to help them get over this terror we have inflicted upon them as well.
