The trial of Brian Dykstra, charged with second degree murder in the death of his adopted son Isaac Dykstra (original name unknown) has been held off indefinitely. The trial was scheduled to start on May 10. The prosecution and defense filed a joint motion Friday requesting a new trial date due to the complexity of the case. According to their motion more than 130 witnesses may be called.

Speaking through poetry doesn't mean you're smart... "Oh Noes!" Rich people were corrupt and i blindly followed them. Stop blaming other dumb people for your dumb investments. It's not the 1st recession and it WON'T be the last. I'm still waiting for the religious groups to preach about how money is corrupt and evil. That it wasn't created by God. You all do realize you are going to die. You will be forgotten and life will continue w/o you. Make the best of it and be happy, or move to Bolivia.
