I stopped at the Rochelle Railroad Park several times this day while photographing and videoing trains at various locations in the area. It appeared that many folks had taken the long holiday weekend to make the drive from out of state to the Park. I saw car license plates from Florida, Missouri, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Indiana. I hope that Union Pacific action kept them happy, since BNSF traffic was quiet until later in the day.
This short manifest came past the Park at about 11 in the morning. After about a 2 hour BNSF drought. I had been watching it on the ATCS monitor. It worked up in Oregon, Illinois for a bit then headed east. This video is of 4524 coming down the hill from Flagg Center, then up the rise, past the signals, to the area where it curves to pass the Railroad Park. I'm sure that a lot of railfans at the Park got photos and videos of it so if you'd like to post any of those captures as a "video response" to this, that would be cool.
Clouds were moving into the area which makes for the initial dark background toward the northwest. This is another video with some panning and pulling back with the zoom. A bit smoother this time since I didn't have to pan as much.
Please watch in HD. Comments always welcome.

is that a local train? since the train was not that long, or was it gonna back up later to build up a bigger train?

@NARSConductor I believe that it was the "Savanna-Eola" train that runs between those two locations at least once a day.

I did see one young lady walking around with a still camera. I too like the signals coming on. Am working on a sequal to this vid when 4524 passed Steward later in the day.
