    Uhh, Mark Arm of Green River/Mudhoney/et al first used the term. That is pretty much THE beginning of the 'grunge' rock scene in Seattle. Wikipedia....gotta love it.

    Who cares...Grunge sucks...and this band sounds too good to be grunge anyways....grunge was a commercial term for bad music...I bought most of Sub Pop's first 15-20 album releases, and I never used the term grunge, and neither did those bands....
