PS: Seeing them live at the Congress Theater in Chicago (Summer of 2009) was one of the best concerts I've been to. Beautiful stunning work. As always.

I had a father with cancer, a house that got infested with mold, which made me homeless for the next two months, and I had two months to catch up 13 credits in school or else I wasn't going to graduate, so every day I put my headphones in with EITS playing, and sure enough I walked with my class, I moved into a new home, and my father finished all of his chemo treatments. Thank you EITS, you didn't change my life, but you gave me the strength to do it on my own.

One night me and my friends went down to the beach for a bonfire, and the end of the night we were walking along the train tracks and it was a good 20 minute walk back. The rest of the group went ahead and it was just me and this girl I had a crush on for 3 years, walking along in the cool summer night, moonlight was shining over the ocean and I remember just stopping and looking out, then into her eyes, I didn't say a word and just kissed her. My brother is in Canada for 3 months, to see his girlfriend, he is 18 and she is 26. We keep his room door shut, but i sometimes forget he isn't there and start tallking to him. I oftern sit outside his room for hours listening to Explotions In The Sky and waiting for him to come back.

Everytime I get really stressed out, which happens a lot being in the military, and leaving home, and the days I feel alone without family and friends; I put Explosions in the sky on. Anytime I can't sleep at night, Skull candy in. The only moment we were alone, on.
