I had to get a cardboard cutout produced and ordered from them approximately one month ago. Their ability to communicate is lacking – it would take around 3-4 days to get a response regarding if my photo was usable or not, and even after the photo was accepted, there was nothing regarding if my cutout was in production or not, had to ask. The cutout FINALLY comes in this week, and it’s missing the options I paid for – sent an e-mail out to them asking about what happened, never got a reply.
