Where I am at now these are cheap. I picked up one this weekend for about $17. 30 minutes worth of work and I had 6 steaks, a nice roast a tail piece and some small tender bits. Wish I coul buy them at home for the same price.

very very nice. I do mine the same way :) Your always a pro, by the way my wife and I love your sesame chicken recipe. Only thing we change is the amount of sugar.. we use 1/2 as much and it makes the local chinese food taste like garbage. Your awesome keep the vids coming.
