SNSD Jessica's high notes (C5-F#5)

This is a compilation of Jessica's high notes, studio and live, mainly in the 5th octave (chest notes only). If there are any mistakes with the notes, please let me know.

Wow thank you for making this. Her F#5 doesn't sound strained, so I think she can go higher.

SNSD has many antis, but I doubt many of them can survive for so long in this industry as nine. And I have not seen anyone do a cover of snsd's Into the New World or Girls' Generation. It'll be hard since not many can do Jessica's high notes. Also, Into the New World is very hard to sing to along with the dance moves. Maybe Sistar might be able to pull it off just because they have hyorin in their group.

@12zuzus That is true. No matter how high someone can go, without the right control and technique, it is useless. And yes I think Jessica could go higher. She just lacks confidence. She could probably go up to G#5. Not sure about Sunye straining but I know Yeeun was using her throat to hit that G5... Tiffany's G5 was forced as hell, but for an alto to be able to sing that high neglecting technique, that's pretty awesome.

Tiffany also hit a G5 in Lady Marmalade.

It's not how high you can go, it's how high you can go with control and no strain. I think both Sunye and Yeeun strained their voices when they hit those G5's, and so did Tiffany, who practically screamed it out.

Jessica can hit a F#5 safely, with the proper muscle use and breathing, so I think she can push herself a bit more. She just needs some more confidence! :)

@kiaru8168 Yeeun went up to G5 in Don't Cha and Sunye went up to G5 in I Love You, I Do...which is half-note higher than Jessica's highest note in Into The New World.

@hzgg12 really, I haven't heard Sunye or yeeun hit those notes yet. I love Sunye's voice though. i wasn't a fan of hyorin until watch?v=r_HgkJ-Cefg

yeah, jessica hit many high notes on the first album, like in into the new world, kissing you, and girls generation. But she doesn't sing as many and as high as she used to anymore now.

1:54 was like a piece of cake to Jessica!!! She was like just opening her mouth and there comes her high notes!!! OMG!!! Jjang!
