Lines for Life Providing the City with Suicide Prevention

Suicide kills more people in Portland than car crashes. The city is partnering with leading edge call center provider Lines for Life to increase support to people in mental health crises. As a pilot program, funding is only secured for the first year with help from the Palau Foundation and Naito Family.
