  • Peter Hitchens is the greatest free thinker in Britain today. It is so sad how many people of my generation im 33 are so brain washed by the Liberal elite. We need a new movement to oppose the corrupt liberal order the Conservatives have caved in as Peter has clearly shown we need a counter revolution.

  • Fantastic post mate:)

I read the book last week...it's really excellent, like his other two.

    Thanks

stop talking about morality lol, i'd tie you up and you would love it :p

  • @mrmw761 I am 20, and also a huge fan of Peter Hitchens. I also find it unfortunate that the younger generation are so brainwashed by the liberal elite. Though I don't agree with everything Peter Hitchens writes (he has a problem with free-market economics which he never really has explained), I think he is absolutely spot on with his analysis of the social and cultural change that took part in the 60's, and its moral implications for society.

  • poor guy just isn't as cool or smart as his brother.

  • i agree. peter is one of the most cogent and articulate political commentators around today. whether you agree with him or not, he will at least keep debate alive, something urgently needed in our consensus culture. keep it up peter.
