  • That is my favourite old northern lines big one are best it stock. But I dislike new trains for northern line, of course being new trains. But this is a problem combcation invisible of demons attacked in the trains every-day and night. Some people who knows about dislike new trains because of they being affecting hiding inside the trains is called hunter of the demons. That is very nightmare of the northern line. But I don't do that anymore, I’m got a take a bus to travel normal way life.

  • Beautiful old Northern line similar like a Bakerloo line. That my favourite Northern line stock, now how sad disappear of Northern line trains...

  • I still look for a tube type which ran on Northern and Bakerloo Line and probably on Jubilee as well when there weren't enough 1983ers.

Might it be the 1956 tube stock or any modification that seems nowhere recorded?

  • なつかしいです。

    Thank you!

  • they are stil used on the bakerloo line

  • Acctually, the 1972mk1 stock was brought in so the Bakerloo line could have back the last of the 1938 stock trains on the northern line. In return the northern line got back some 1956/59 stock trains

  • Great video. I drove these back in 1986, when 'travelling for my job' and based at Golders Green. I found the 72's were better on Westinghouse than the 59's, but then the older 59's were better at stopping in wet conditions. Worst for westinghouse were the 56's, which we used to go up to Mill Hill East. A great line the Northern, and I was sorry to leave it, but I lived quite a distance away. My nickname may tell you where I moved to.

  • actually I guess if it wasnt for the 1995 stock the northern would be in total melt down

  • wow, 1972 mk1 stock, i am glad someone filmed them, lol

  • they're 1972 MKI stock, they ran on the northern line :)
