A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

  • fake or not - this situation is very real...

it is also a lesson for any "would be tough guys" out there and why i never leave home w/o "the insurance policy"...

better to have one and not need it - than to need one and not have it...

  • Kevin, you miss understood my comment. We don have the right to bear arms, not guns. The founders were progressive thinkers. What will the arms of the future be? Anything available to protect the Constitution, not limited to guns. It is about protect ourselves from our government. We have the right of personal self defense through the Constitution. I am saying you could have a cannon.

A well armed State Militia to protect each sovereign state from the federal government. States Rights.

  • i would have done the same thing, i carry my .40 everywhere i go, just in case something like that happens, you did right, dont let anyone tell you differnt, i could not have handled it better, those dumb fucks are lucky, once he thought that bat should be used for something besides bassball, it became a deadly weapon, and that gives you the right to put him down

  • @njack1967 It was an aluminum baseball bat...

  • happened to me in Renton WA. I would have been forced to shoot if not for the infant kid in the back of the aggressors SUV. I cant get people who want to pull a stunt like this with a kid in the back.

  • Yes we have right to defend our life by all means necessary... The 2nd amendment just restricts government in its attempts to criminalize us in choosing tools to defend our life, and even in mere possession of some these tools we may need for self defense. Look at your elected officials, and note who of them are trying to disarm people: vote these hypocrites out of offices!

  • A sword?? You're a fuckin retard sir.

  • way too go man its people like this that makes me so sick. literaly sick to the stomach because they just bring down the name of there country there state and there families

  • an armed society is a polite society. Here's proof.

Notice how their attitudes changed instantly once they see the gun

  • @SaintLiam78

Yeah it's most definitely fake, but stuff like this happens fairly often.

  • @brainerdrebel . Last time i opened a history book, i noticed them holding what appeared to be some sorta rifle like thingy? Please, what makes you think that they meant defending with a sword! Pretty sure if a firearm was available, they'd grabbed it first, even a single shot. If you like swinging a firepoker at a burglar and think your chances are good, by all means go for it. Not me. Luv my rights. Oh i got an axe handle sittn close..but a firearm closer. Sleep well fellow American.

  • @GL0CK19onboard ; The exact point I was trying to make. How you defend yourself is personnel. The second amendment was written to protect the Constitution. I don't care what the Supreme Court ruled, they are controlled by the International Corporations and Bankers that control our Non-Representatives (politicians). The Second Amendment gives citizens the right to bear arms, that would have been a sword in 1776. The right to defend ourselves against the government, if it becomes abusive. Get it
