Agree with last poster, this is track 12 off the Metallica download called kirk solo 2. It might be a bit of the Scorpions track, but it's listed as a Kirk solo

Maybe it is but it's a solo by Kirk Hammet and if you download the show from the Metallica site, this is track 12, called Kirk Solo #2. Not the intro to The Sails Of Charon by The Scorpions followed by a bit of Kirk
