If you look at the upper left corner of the phone screen, you can see it says "No Service," it's quite obvious he's not getting a cellular signal, if he has no signal how in the hell is the T.V. going to work,? It's not! I had FLO TV on one of the first AT&T cell. phones that offered the option, "The Samsung Eternity." FLO TV is absolutely amazing, the picture's incredible, It didn't pixelate, and it's truly live, confirmed with my home T.V., the iPhone FLO TV Mophie AIR will be awesome!!!!

Might just be interference from being inside of that convention center.
Alot of places like that kill cellular signal because of the metal enclosure, and all of the other wireless signals interfereing.
Like a giant walmart.
