I was at that race, Force needed to set at least one national record (I think both ET & speed) win the event and have Cruz go out 1st round in order to win the championship. He was going for broke on every run. If I remember correctly that was a qualifying run.

Force takes off straight, Rams car is drifting towards Force, Force alterers his course moves to the right of his lane and with all that grunt breaks out and spins out. Ive also seen people do it in the wet in average cars whilst overtaking at speed. One contaminated tyre usually flips them straight away. He did say he was going to have to go all out.
