@Jedalesie NO... Miku us from Vocaloid 2. Vocaloid 2 is the program version and the 01 in her arm means her number in The Crypton Series for Vocaloid2.

Vocaloid3 is the newest version of Yamaha's software, but it seems that Crypton isn't working on new voices for this version.
