Tilmann Geske'nin 13 yaşındaki kızın babasının anma törenindeki konuşmasıdır.

18 Nisan 2007'de Necati Aydın, Timlann Geske ve Uğur Yüksel, biri Alman ikisi Türk, üç Hıristiyan elleri ve ayakları bağlanıp boğazları kesilerek öldürüldü. Onlar Malatya'da bir Protestan kilisesine katılıyorlardı. Necati Aydın ve Uğur Yüksel Malatya'daki Zirve yayınevinde çalıştı.

On April 18, 2007 three men were murdered by five young men. They were tortured and their throats were slit. Many in Turkey expressed their horror at this event and organized peaceful protests in the streets carrying signs that said, "Let's defend peaceful coexistence" and they lit candles. Others publicly spoke as if the blame for the murders was in provoked by the Christians efforts to bring their gospel message to Malatya. Some media gave exaggerated accounts of the torture as if to frighten Christians or to make Turkey look bad in the eyes of the world press.

English Translation/ İngilizce Tercümesi
We would have so much wanted big brother Ugur and uncle Necati and my father to be among us. But God had a plan from long before, and He knew what He was doing when He did this. Many people ask, "Why did God let this happen? Why did this happen? Why...? They were working for the Lord. Why was it necessary?" But the Lord had a plan.

Now I want to talk a little bit about my father. Lately my father had a strong feeling that something was about to happen. He would tell us every evening to be ready because at any moment Jesus could come back and there was very little time left. We had very little time. He expected great things would happen within a short period of time and he said that he know they were going to happen. Also, in saying that my father suffered and died for the Lord, in the same way my father lived to please the Lord.

My father had a musical talent. Everyone by using their talents can please the Lord. And I learned this from my father. Now, my father, uncle Necati and big brother Ugur are in heaven. And they are going to continue in a more beautiful life. And they, with the Lord, planted seeds and we are going to harvest them.
