You can get up on that ledge that you used Nero's Calibur EXceed to get on by using Dante in Devil Trigger. He has a triple jump in DT and I think you can reach it using that, too.

I think the name for that drop kick is a reference to Street Fighter Alpha's Rainbow Mika, who had an attack like that. Could be wrong, though.
