In this episode:

4 Platoon gets wet again this time with improvised flotation devices. During inspection, PO2 Rousseau explains that 12 X 12 means 12 X 12 and if you don't have your ruler it's probably not 12 X 12. Recruits try to concentrate in a weapons class knowing that the Christmas break is just days away.

@Aon1337 BMQ is always changing as operational needs change and as lessons are learned from deployments. It could very well be that the reason you didn't do this has more to do about when you did your BMQ than whether it was reg force or reserve. If you did it around the same time this was recorded you might have done this too.

@Goal2Tend No... It's for shooting things that are ahead during an assault. Do you think they would give you a weapon that can't be used in water while you ARE in water? Think before commenting.

Are you not allowed to sling your rifle on your back? Or is the point of the exercise to cross the water obstacle with your weapon pointing ahead.

Basic was fun to do, I wish I did reg force BMQ unfortunately I did reserve force and didn't get to learn all these things. still it was a fun time and the memories from it are awesome.

@placehood You only require a university degree in the CF when you are joining as an officer.
