There's another dilemma: While not wanting Africans to starve, how is an African farmer supposed to make a living when donated food floods the marketplace? Put the farmers out of business and no one grows food. The farmers then have to move into town and hope he can get some of that food aid before he and his family starve.

even if you don't agree with everyhing the man says...Africans will NOT use condoms under any circumstances. The Red Cross has a problem disposing of all the unused condoms they ship over there.
