@hansenda8184, Most hearing aid users have better succes with digital because of the greater flexibility they have, however the sound quality is not necessarily better. In fact I have patients who have tried and rejected digital hearing aids and are quite happy with analog.

Can you suggest a scientific paper not writtin by a hearing aid company or someone associated with one that demonstrates digital hearing aids are any better then analog when going through a damaged cochlea??
