    Not only this pilot, but all Turkish pilots are amazing, he is no exception in the Turkish Air Force. They go trough a very hard and high quality education, they get a lot of flying hours and they have a lot of bombing missions in North Iraq. So they are well trained and most experienced pilots in the NATO together with the US Air Force and the Royal Air Force (U.K.) pilots.
