MMPR Cyclopsis slices the Dinozords

Round two of the battle between the Morphin Rangers and Cyclopsis. Lokar's power has revived Cyclopsis and given him extra backup- enough to slice through Zords. From episode 40 "Doomsday part 2" in season 1.

One thing I never got- was it the same stuntman in the Daizyujin suit with his arm in a different place, or was it a new one-armed stuntman in a one-time appearance?

@EVAUnit4A I imagine there was enough room in the suit to squeeze his arm inside the body portion.

That's what I was thinking. But if that were the case, then the chest (or back) would be noticeably bulkier... and it's not.

@EVAUnit4A Could be that the suit actor is little enough and that the suit itself is large enough in that area where it can fit without issue.

@Browncurse That would have been Lokar, the Japanese version of Satan. He showed in MMPR just a handful of times.

In the Japanese footage, Megazord (Daizyujin) loses its arm when Cyclopsis (Dora Talos) takes the two blades that come out of its arms and uses them like scissors and "snips" the arm off. I thought that was pretty cool and much much better explains the loss of the arm as opposed to the re-edited footage for MMPR.

Check it out. At time 1:43 when the dragon zord is attacking with his tail, you can see for a second or two a black support line is used to keep the tail up. Anyone eles see it?

@Browncurse Thats because the monsters the Dinozords were fighting were too powerful for them, the dinozords were ultimately destroyed and as a result the salvageable parts were upgraded to the more powerful Thunderzords.
