Lackluster, horrendous, I don't have enough words to describe this shite. Laughable at best, unlistenable at the most obvious. I'm with KILLERSTAR66. I used to love U2 (since I first heared them in 1988), but these rotten singles (Vertigo, Boots) just test my patience. Thanks God it seems there will be only 2 singles from NLOTH. I hope they'll soon forget the hype and the "biggest band in the world" self-claimed God-like status and retire before their musical legacy will end in the toilet.

Worst first album single ever since Fire (1981).

This "song" is rubbish, pathetic. A Vertigo-like crap with stupid lyrics and no music ideas. Far cry from really great songs like Pride, Running To Stand Still, Please, Love Is Blindness, etc.

Surely it will be #1 hit across the globe just because it's the new U2 single, but if this junk was released by a fairly new band it will be send to trash can at the spot by media and critics and it wouldn't make it into the top 100 singles chart

U2 2009 = Epic Fail. This is one of the worst songs of U2, even crap from "All That You Can't Leave Behind" is better than this shit.
