  • I see black flag huh.

  • if you cant boot from usb: google plop boot manager boot from that first(via floppy, cd, ...) and then boot into whatever you want(like for example usb)

  • @Coedy You totally missed the point of the question so let me elaborate for you since you don't get it.. What if the 1TB drive crashes? How are the two 250GB drives going to do anything about that? It can't. Unraid fails.

  • Well I can say that after watching you two have said, this might not be the best option for a NAS system, it seems to be very limited.

    But it has been nice leaning what is available.

    You set the largest HDD as the parity drive...

    that way you dont get that situation...
