Standing Calf Raises: Stand in front of a wall or table to keep your balance. Standing comfortably parallel on both foot, rise up onto the balls of the feet (releve). Resist your body weight as you lower your heels to the ground, do not slam or rock back, weight stays over the balls of the feet. Repeat 15 times.
