they how double leg lifts which are one of the worst exercises that can cause lower back pain or lower back problems. Most exercise gurus agree. If you are fat or overweight and need to exercise you probably have poor core and back muscles so you would easily damage or hurt yourself doing this exercise.
Not a good idea.
