So I went to this synergy studio where they give you a free week of different lessons and I saw this "Nia" thing and entered the class (I had never in my life heard of it)
I just had he weirdest yet most fantastic expierience in my life

Gorgeous video and such a wonderful representation of hat Nia is to me. Some people think I'm a bit "hokey" for doing it or that its not real dancing. Now I can show them this and, when I get to know more Nia, I can show them myself :) Thank you Danielle. (From another Danielle!)
