@mrcheeseking999 TESSnip and a model I made. If you want to make one, there are tutorials all over. If not, you probably want to know how to INSTALL them or something, in which case just look at skyrimnexus

@FrobertBell Copied a staff (I think a restoration staff?) in TESSnip (comes with Fallout Mod Manager) and changed the enchantment/model, though there were a few other steps. Look up a tessnip tutorial though because that's the important bit.
