Chargers vs Steelers AFC Championship final minutes

My friend and I were at the NFL Super Bowl Experience and got to do play by play for the final minutes of the 1994 AFC Championship game between the Chargers and Steelers.

Just for the hell of it, we decided to do a total Chargers homer call, so Steelers fans please don't get your panties in a bunch.

@SavageLizard no biggie. for I did not think they would let you announce like that at any game. No for the description has that "read more" and I was actually checking out some stuff on Stan Humphries is how I found this. Actually glad the Steelers lost that one. For I live in PA and that is all you here. Actually too wish Chargers would have beat the 49ers. My bad, and hopefully someday Norv can lead those guys to a Championship. take care.

Now with about 20 seconds left in the game the San Diego QB was stopped what looked like a safety from the snap at the 2 yard line.Pittsburgh would've had at least one or two plays to throw down field to set up the field goal (that's if the receiver stepped out of bounds after catching the ball as Pittsburgh had no time outs)

@picark Ball is always spotted at forward progress, it doesn't matter if Humphries was pushed into the end zone after he took a knee.

@dompaolo did not sports illsurated refer to nfc championship game that year as the real superbowl since dallas and 49ers were so superior to the rest of the nfl in that particular year

@dompaolo My bad, I just remember them finishing the season on a tear. They were destroying people in the second half of the season, and they were clearly the best team in the NFL that year. We can go back and forth regarding what you think "would have happened," but we'll never know. Again, for those of you who are slow, this video is a goof. We obviously knew the Steelers were good. If people like you would stop being so butthurt over it, you might get it at some point.
