It's crazy how good Gilbert was. He coulda had a job in wrestling till he was 70 years old. Would have been a great heel manager a la Bobby the Brain Heenan.

Does anyone have the match where Eddie Gilbert and his russian wrestler pal beat up Watts, then Gilbert lays the russian flag on Bill Watts? I saw that when it happened. Damn, that generated so much heat. I'm shocked it's not on youtube yet. It was so increadibly controversial at the time.
