WFC conditioning method

Alternator and VIC are not used.

Pre-preparation of a conditioning
1）It degreases and paints Super Corona Dope. （It is the equivalent article of Super Corona Dope which was used by work. ）
Leak processing of a spring or a screw portion is painted more thickly.
　(Natural seasoning 24 hours, or artificial drying)
2）After dryness, sanding #400. （In order to improve adhesion of a white coat）

The conditioning method
Initial operation(1-10 times)：
Go to 0.2 Amps for 15 min and stop for 15min *6　
Especially the break between sets has no necessity.
Water is exchanged at the time of the end of a set.

Normal operation (11 time -)：
Go to 0.5 Amps for 15 min and stop for 15min *6　
(Water is exchanged in three operations)
It is dryness for 1 hour between sets.
(Although a break may be unnecessary just to make sure)

The purpose of initial operation is to put a coat so that it may be made to operate by low ampere and Super Corona Dope may not be melted.
(Super Corona Dope stops melting because a white coat rides on Super Corona Dope)

Adhesion of a coat improves by applying Super Corona Dope.
Incidentally Super Corona Dope is better than a heat-resistant paint.(T2 Black paint)

Vibration is a very important factor.
The structure of a cell is very important.
This is a blind spot.
