I just watched a Movie called "The Mist".
[It's based on a Steven King story, so it's a sci-fi horror flick type of thing.]
The reason I'm bringing it up, is because it gives a good illustration of how quickly things can break down when a group of people are Isolated...and stressed out.
More great advice.

Yes, when it's peaceful re-gen, very good advise. It's learned response to shut down and decompress quickly for short breaks of rest. 30mins can feel like 3hrs.

Keep disaplin, do not alow desintion in the ranks when the chips are down
use preparations to keep isolation to a mimimum
condition mind to the new realities of situation
prep mind for post incident raction to new rules and actions of power structure in charge at time
Take advantage of any quiet moments to adapt and over come

LOL Put it on their ass! To shut them up, thats funny! I turn the TV on when I wake up to see whats going on, then its off pretty much the rest of the day. Except the games, gottah love those for my sanity. And count each one of my blessings.
