This was by far my most favourite scene between the two of them! When I first watched it, the first thought that went through my mind when their lips parted and they looked at each other was, "Frell, this isn't going to be good..." Then Aeryn smiled, and all was right once again in the universe :D

This is quite possibly my favorite television scene of all time.

@hallandsdumbomapa that chemical tests species compatibility...if compatible then it tastes sweet .

Probably my favorite John/Aeryn scene from the entire series. To me, this was really the first time that Aeryn had allowed herself to let her guard down enough to show John how she felt about him. I love their smiles at the end since they're glad that the kiss was sweet and they're compatible!

The best tv romance I have ever seen

Excellent scene! Phenomenal acting!
Who at this moment in time didn't want to be John Crichton?
And so the infatuation and Mega Crush began....

Given the look on her face as she walks away, I'd say he passed that test.

ahhh!! this scene is GREAT!!! That desperate look on her face as she hands him the vial. How nervous she is to even kiss him because they might not be compatible. The look they share as they both realize what just happened. Then she turns away and smiles. and him savoring the kiss. ahhh YES! one of the BEST!

(oh, yes,the smiles:)
This scene alone stayed in my mind with hope that any troubled relationship could just have a concrete sign that things should continue or let it go. Yeah, I know better. It's fail and flail sometimes. Mostly, it's an occasional spark, like the smiles.
I was glad as hell they were meant for eachother, and this was all the proof they really needed.

@Anarchizer But this was the most important kiss scene in Farscape. If it doesn't go well, all we get is him going home with no inner struggle as to whether he really should go home.

I think my favorite scenes between those two are when nothing/almost nothing is being said, like this one. My other two favorites come from We're So Screwed Part 2 (dancing in the elevator) and We're So Screwed Part 3 (John's nuclear realization; Aeryn's comforting touch)
was that like a blood mixing thing??
